Dill (Anethum Graveolens)

Dill (Anethum Graveolens) is a feathery leafed annual herb producing sweet delicate foliage.  Requires a sunny, well drained position and will survive drier conditions.  Harvest fresh young tips all year round.  Prune flower stem in Summer to encourage fresh growth.  Dill can be used fresh or dried.  Leaves can be used to flavour fish, yoghurt dips, egg, potato and vegetable dishes.  Seeds are used to flavour pickles.  Water moderately.  Suitable for pots.
