Rocket Salad (Eruca Vesicaria) has long, toothed, greenish-purple leaves which have a peppery, mustard flavour. Grow in a sunny position in moist, well drained soil. Pick leaves regularly to prevent them from becoming bitter and tough. Keep moist in dry weather.
