Prunus Lusitanica 'Portugese Laurel'

Prunus Lusitanica 'Portugese Laurel' is a very effective hedging and screening plant that can also be left to grow into a small spreading tree.  Its a popular, hardy dark green glossy leaved shrub or small tree. New growth is brighter lime green.

A very versatile plant, it is tolerant to frost and can be grown in full sun and part shade environments, and benefits from annual fertilising to encourage a full flush of new growth and flowers.
