Elettaria Cardamomum

Elettaria cardamomum is an evergreen perennial.  It has long, green narrow leaves.  Flowers are white with pink or violet stripes followed by fruit capsules.  Performs best in little to no sun in filtered light in well drained soil.  Mulch well to reduce weeds and suppress soil moisture.  Once established little cultivation is needed.
