Correa Baeuerlenii 'Chef's Cap'

Correa Baeuerlenii 'Chef's Cap' is a small to medium sized evergreen Australian shrub displaying unusual greenish yellow flowers in Autumn and Winter.  It thrives in moist, well drained soil in part of dappled shade but will tolerate short periods of dryness.  Ideal for group plantings under trees, as a low growing windbreak and informal hedge or screen.  Water well until established and mulch well to help retain moisture.  It will benefit from feeding twice per year with a complete plant food and or liquid fertiliser.  Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
